LondonChik was a blog I made when I studied abroad in London circa Fall 2003 (can you say “circa” without aging yourself?) I was scared to go, but so damn excited. And it ended up being a trip that truly changed my life and outlook on my “Hollywood-itis” that I was having.
This was before the Tube Bombs, before Prince William found Kate Middleton, and when the Euro was equal to the dollar, and the pound was only $1.63. It was a simplier time back then…in jolly ol’ England…and it is a time I will not soon forget. I have not been back since then, and I miss it everyday.
I think I will either end up living there…retiring there…or marrying an Englishman….
